Orion Energy Partners appoints three to new senior advisory board

Orion Energy Partners, a private equity firm focused on middle market energy infrastructure, has named James Bender, Don Lucey and Matt Valentine to its newly formed senior advisory board. Bender is the former president and CEO of WPX Energy; Lucey is the former executive vice president and chief commercial officer of PBF Energy Inc; and Valentine is chief financial officer at Rimrock Midstream LLC.
