Soundcore Capital Partners LLC said Wednesday that Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists (AWRS) has completed three add-on acquisitions of AWRS franchises in Atlanta, Baltimore, and Indianapolis. Financial terms weren’t announced. AWRS is a portfolio company of Soundcore Capital.
