Green Creative develops and makes light-emitting diode lighting for the Commercial, Industrial, and Specification markets. The deal includes Green Creative LLC of South San Francisco and Green Creative Ltd of Hong Kong. Sperry, Mitchell & Company Inc advised Green Creative.
