Koch Equity invests in Transaction Network Services
Koch Equity Development LLC, along with co-investors including Eaglehill Advisors LLC and MSD Capital LP, have acquired a minority stake in Trident Private Holdings III LC, a holding company of Transaction Network Services (TNS). Financial terms weren’t announced. TNS, a portfolio company of Siris Capital Group LLC, provides connectivity and gateway services to customers. Eaglehill advised TNS while Rothschild Inc. advised Koch Equity. Winston & Strawn LLP and Sidley Austin LLP acted as legal advisor to Siris. Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy LLP acted as legal adviser to KED.
