Strathspey Crown acquires Novus Via portfolio

Strathspey Crown Holdings LLC said Tuesday it acquired the portfolio companies of Novus Via LP, an Incline Village, Nevada-based VC firm. Financial terms weren’t announced. The deal includes Novus management and the following portfolio companies: Bluon Energy LLC, Luminas International LLC, ThrivalTech LLC, REVx Technologies Inc, GFO Oil LLC and Colorado Energy Research Technologies Inc. Strathspey Crown, of Newport Beach, California, is a growth equity firm specializing in lifestyle healthcare.
