Kirkland & Ellis taps SEC's ex-investment management director for private funds group

Kirkland & Ellis LLP has hired Norm Champ as a partner in the law firm's private funds group. The former director of the SEC's investment management division, Champ's appointment becomes effective February 1, 2016.
