VC-backed Inrix buys OpenCar
Venture capital-backed Inrix Inc, a provider of connected car services based in Kirkland, Washington, acquired OpenCar Inc, an automotive software and services provider based in Seattle. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Inrix has raised funding from firms including Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield & Byers, August Capital and Bain Capital.
