8D World Inks $5.25M in Series B
Woburn, Mass.-based 8D World, which had developed a virtual world for English-as-a-foreign-language learners, has raised $5.25 million in Series B financing. Japanese investor Mizuho Capital joins existing investors Spark Capital and Gobi Partners in the financing. Gobi Partners is based in Shanghai. Spark Capital is based in Boston.
