Abine Inc., the Online Privacy Company, closed a $5 million Series A round of fundraising from investors Atlas Venture and General Catalyst. Jeff Fagnan, a partner with Atlas Ventures, and David Orfao, a General Catalyst partner, worked on the deal for the VCs. Specifics of the transaction were not publicized.
