Abraaj Group partially exits Unité de fabrication de medicaments
The Abraaj Group said Tuesday that it has partially exited its stake in Unité de fabrication de medicaments (Unimed). Abraaj and Société de Promotion et de Participation pour la Coopération Economique S.A. sold 83 percent of their combined stake in Unimed to a consortium of investors. The investors include SQM, Blakeney Asset Management, the Tunisian-Kuwaiti Consortium of Development and two local investors. Unimedia, of Tunis, Tunisia, is a pharmaceutical company.
