AC&A Enterprises LLC, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners LLC, acquired Applied Composites Engineering Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Applied Composites, of Indianapolis, Indiana, provides advanced composites solutions to aerospace and defense original equipment manufacturers.
