Accel-KKR Agrees To Sell iTradeNetwork
Accel-KKR has agreed to sell iTradeNetwork Inc., a Pleasanton, Calif.-based provider of supply chain and business intelligence solutions to the food industry, to Roper Industries Inc. (NYSE: ROP). The deal is valued at $525 million in cash.
