Accel leads Series A round for Ironclad
San Francisco-based Ironclad, an intelligent contract management system for in-house legal teams, has secured Series A funding, bringing the total tally to over $11 million. Accel led the round. Concurrent with the funding, Accel's Steve Loughlin will join Ironclad's board of directors.
