Activum closes Fund III
Activum SG Fund III has closed oversubscribed with $524 million of capital commitments. Atlantic-Pacific Capital served as the exclusive global placement agent for Fund III as well as for Activum’s prior fund. Activum is a European fund manager that invests in niche opportunities in real estate-related sectors.
