Adams Street Partners has raised $201.8 million to date for its Adams Street Global Secondary Fund 6, per a SEC filing. The Chicago-headquartered firm has set a $1.2 billion target and began fundraising in 2017. The SEC filing did not disclose whether the capital raise constituted a final or interim close.
Its previous fund raised $1.05 billion in 2013.
Investors that committed to Adams Street Global Secondary Fund 6 include the Minnesota State Board of Investment.
The fund will target secondaries opportunities in a diverse number of sectors globally.Â
