Adobe Buys VC-Backed Efficient Frontier

Adobe Systems has acquired Efficient Frontier, a venture-backed maker of multi-channel ad buying and optimization software. Terms of the deal were not released. Efficient Frontier was funded by investors including Redpoint Ventures and Cambrian Ventures.
