Advanced Drainage Systems acquires Infiltrator Water Technologies
Advanced Drainage System, a maker of manufacturer of water management products and solutions for commercial, residential, infrastructure and agricultural applications, has acquired Infiltrator Water Technologies, a provider of septic wastewater treatment solutions. The purchase price was about US$1.08 billion. The sellers include Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Barclays and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC acted as financial advisers to Advanced Drainage Systems Inc while RBC Capital Markets LLC and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc did likewise for Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan.
