Advantage to buy E-Z Rent-A-Car Group

Advantage Rent A Car, which is backed by The Catalyst Group, has agreed to buy E-Z Rent-A-Car Group Holding LLC. Financial terms weren’t announced. The combined companies will have a presences in 22 of the top 25 U.S. airports. Orland, Florida-based E-Z Rent-A-Car provides value-priced car rental services.
