AE-backed Belcan buys Lagoni Engineering

Belcan, a portfolio company of AE Industrial Partners LP, said Sept. 9 that it acquired Lagoni Engineering. Financial terms weren’t announced. Lagoni, of London, is an engineering consultancy and technical services provider focused on the energy industry.
