AE Industrial Partners buys F.M.I. Inc

AE Industrial Partners LLC said Nov. 1 that it acquired F.M.I. Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. FMI, of Park City, Kansas, provides premium forming, machining, engineering, and complex assembly services to global aerospace customers. Koch Siedhoff Hand & Dunn LLP provided financial advice to FMI, while legal advice was provided by Klenda Austerman LLC. Kirkland & Ellis LLP served as AEI’s legal advisor.
