AEA, BCI to buy Springs Window Fashions

AEA Investors LP and British Columbia Investment Management Corp have agreed to buy Springs Window Fashions. Financial terms weren’t announced. Springs, of Middleton, Wisconsin, makes sells custom and stock window coverings and drapery hardware to retail and commercial customers.
