Aeonian Pharmaceuticals snags seed funding

Aeonian Pharmaceuticals Inc, a biopharmaceutical company, has raised an undisclosed amount of seed financing. Apollo Ventures led the round. In conjunction with the funding, James Peyer, a managing partner of Apollo Ventures, has joined Aeonian's board of directors.
