Aimco buys Palazzo properties for $451.5 mln
Apartment Investment and Management Company has acquired the remaining stake it didn't already own in three Palazzo properties for $451.5 million. The sellers were institutional investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management. As a result of the acquisition, Aimco now owns 100 percent of the properties, which consist of three apartment home communities in Los Angeles.
