Akamai Snaps Up FastSoft

Akamai Technologies, the listed, Massachusetts-based tech company, will acquire FastSoft in a cash transaction. FastSoft backers include Miramar Venture Partners. Other deals for Akamai over the last 12 months include Blaze Software Inc. and Cotendo, Inc.
