Alexandria Real Estate Equities appoints co-CEOs
Alexandria Real Estate Equities Inc, a real estate investment trust focused on collaborative life science and technology campuses in AAA innovation cluster locations, has named Stephen A. Richardson and Peter M. Moglia as co-chief executive officers. Their appointments become effective April 23, 2018. Richardson joined Alexandria in 2000 and has served as the company's chief operating officer since 2011 while Moglia joined the company in 1998, most recently serving as chief investment officer.
