Alpha Private Equity Fund 7 raises $1.01 bln
Alpha Private Equity said June 6 that its seventh mid-market Pan-European private equity fund with 903 million euros ($1.01 billion) in total commitments. The target of Alpha Private Equity Fund was 800 million euros. The pool will seek control investments in continental European mid-market companies with a strong global edge or an innovative competitive advantage. Capstone Partners served as exclusive placement agent on the fundraise. Legal and tax advisers include Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Arendt & Medernach, Reed Smith and Baker & McKenzie.
