Alpine Biomed, a Fountain Valley, Calif.-based maker of diagnostic equipment used in gastroenterology, urology and neurology, has acquired Stellate Systems Inc., a Montreal-based maker of neurodiagnostic systems. No financial terms were disclosed. Alpine Biomedi s a portfolio company of Water Street Healthcare Partners.
