Alpine Investors wraps up sixth fund at $532 mln
San Francisco-based Alpine Investors, a private equity firm that invests in lower middle market companies in the software and business services, has closed its oversubscribed sixth fund at a hard cap of $532 million. The limited partners of Alpine VI include endowments, family offices, foundations and pension plans. Acalyx Advisors was the placement adviser while Hogan Lovells provided legal counsel to Alpine.
