Alsco buys Clean Linen Services

Alsco Inc has acquired Clean Linen Services. Financial terms weren’t announced. MML Capital Partners is the seller. Clean, of the U.K., is a commercial laundry operator for both the linen and workwear rental markets. Livingstone advised Clean.
