Altegris, Artivest to merge

Altegris and Artivest are merging. The new company, called Artivest, will be an alternative investment technology and solutions firm for wealth managers, fund managers, and independent advisers. Investors will include Aquiline Capital Partners, Genstar Capital, KKR, and Thiel Capital.
