Amadeus Capital Partners sells Octo Telematics to Renova Group
Technology investor, Amadeus Capital Partners, has sold Octo Telematics to Renova Group, which includes the sale of its stake in the company. Completion of Renova’s acquisition is subject to regulatory approvals.
