American Express acquires VC-backed InAuth
American Express has acquired InAuth Inc, a mobile device authentication and intelligence solutions provider. No financial terms were disclosed. InAuth's backers included Bain Capital Ventures, Commerce Ventures and Three Tree Ventures.
