American Securities sells Royal Adhesives & Sealants for $1.58 bln

American Securities LLC said Oct. 22 that it completed the sale of Royal Adhesives & Sealants to H.B. Fuller Co for $1.575 billion. Royal Adhesives, of South Bend, Indiana, develops and makes high-performance adhesives and sealants.
