American Tower bulks up in India with $1.2 billion Viom stake buy: Reuters

American Tower Corp (AMT.N) has agreed to buy a 51 percent controlling stake in Indian mobile mast operator Viom Networks for 76 billion rupees ($1.17 billion) to expand in the world's second-biggest telecommunications market by number of users, Reuters reported.
