Amherst's single family residential platform buys properties from Broadtree

Amherst Holdings' single family residential platform has acquired 671 single family rental properties from Broadtree Residential Inc. The price of the transaction was about $78.3 million. The acquired properties are based mostly in the Atlanta and southeast Florida markets.
