AnaCap Financial exits First Names Group

AnaCap Financial Partners said Dec. 20 that it has sold First Names Group to SGG Group. Financial terms weren’t announced. First Names, of the U.K., provides trust, corporate, real estate and fund administration services. SGG is a portfolio company of Astorg Partners. AnaCap said it will make a 2.6x return on the investment. AnaCap a 2.6x return on its investment. Lazard advised First Names.
