Antares backs CenterOak's merger of Service Champions and Moore Home Services
Antares has provided financing to back CenterOak Partners' merging of Service Champions and Moore Home Services. No financial terms were disclosed. Based in Orange County, California, the newly combined companies will create a large residential HVAC contractor. Antares was the lead left arranger and administrative agent for the credit facility.
