Anvil and SCI complete merger

Anvil International and Smith-Cooper International have closed its previously announced merger. No financial terms were disclosed. The combined company is majority owned by Tailwind Capital. Anvil is a maker of products that connect and support piping systems while Smith-Cooper is a provider of branded, high-quality pipes, valves and fittings.
