Apax Partners appoints co-CEOs to replace Halusa

Apax Partners LLP has elected Andrew Sillitoe and Mitch Truwit as co-chief executive officers to replace Martin Halusa, who will become chairman of the private equity firm, sister news service Reuters reported.
