Apollo-backed Constellis to buy Omniplex World Services

Constellis, a portfolio company of Apollo Global Management LLC, has agreed to buy Omniplex World Services Corp. Altamont Capital Partners, Omniplex's current majority owner, will exit its stake in company. Financial terms weren’t announced. Omniplex, of Chantilly, Virginia, provides protective and investigative services.
