Apollo to buy Qdoba Restaurant for $305 mln

Jack in the Box Inc said Dec. 19 that it agreed to sell Qdoba Restaurant Corp to Apollo Global Management LLC for about $305 million. The deal is expected to close in April. Qdoba operates and franchises more than 700 Qdoba Mexican Eats restaurants.
