Aquamarine Power Nets $17.4 Million Financing Round
Wave energy developer Aquamarine Power has raised 11 million pounds ($17.36 million) in a round of financing led by an 8 million pound ($12.6 million) investment from Zurich-based technology and automation company ABB Group. Existing shareholders including SSE Venture Capital, the venture unit of Scottish and Southern Energy, also participated in the round.
