Ardian supports IK Investment Partners' acquisition of Mademoiselle Desserts
Ardian has co-arranged financing of 50 million euros to back IK Investment Partners' acquisition of Mademoiselle Desserts. Currently employing 1,300 people across nine production facilities in France, the UK and the Netherlands, Mademoiselle Desserts is a maker of frozen industrial finished and semi-finished pastry in Europe.
