Ares-backed CoolSys buys Building Air Services

CoolSys, which is backed by Ares Management Corporation, has acquired Florida-based Building Air Services, a provider of service and preventive maintenance programs for commercial air conditioning, heating, refrigeration and automated building controls. No financial terms were disclosed.
