Ares, EDF joint venture buys IKB office building
A joint venture between Ares Management Corp and EDF Invest has acquired the IKB office building from IKB Deutsche Industriebank. Financial terms weren’t announced. The property, located in Düsseldorf, Germany, comprises approximately 58,500 square meters of gross leasable area.
