Ares, GE supply $114.28 mln loan for CVC Growth's buy of Wireless Logic

Ares Management and GE Capital, via the European Senior Secured Loan Programme, provided £75 million (US$114.28 mln) in financing to fund CVC Growth Partners’ buy of Wireless Logic. U.K.-based Wireless Logic is an M2M managed services provider.
