Ares invests in Heelstone Renewable Energy

Ares Management Corporation has made an investment in Heelstone Energy, a utility-scale solar developer. No financial terms were disclosed. In conjunction with the investment, Heelstone Energy has rebranded to Heelstone Renewable Energy LLC. Marathon Capital LLC provided financial advice to Heelstone Energy on the transaction.
