Ares Management to sell stake in Colorado hotel for about $270 million
Ares Management has agreed to sell its stake in Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center to Ryman Hospitality Properties Inc and RIDA Development Corporation for about $270 million. Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center is a 1,500-room hotel and convention center under construction in Aurora, Colorado.
