Arsenal acquires Clariant’s healthcare packaging business

Arsenal Capital Partners has acquired Clariant's healthcare packaging business. No financial terms were disclosed. The acquired business will be rebranded as Airnov Healthcare Packaging. Matthias Brommer will serve as president and managing director of Airnov.
