Arsenal Capital buys Peach State Labs

Arsenal Capital Partners said Tuesday it had acquired Peach State Labs Inc. Financial terms weren’t announced. Rome, Georgia-based Peach State develops specialty polymers and other unique chemicals to a number of end markets, including flooring, textiles, coatings & paints, consumer products, leather, institutional water treatment, and lubricants. CIM Partners acted as financial advisor to Peach State Labs.
